The Poznań International Fair (MTP) sold a 5.5 ha plot in the center of Poznań for PLN 114.5 million. A housing estate and office buildings are to be erected on the plot where the car park used to be. The land between Matejki, Grunwaldzka and Ułańska streets was purchased by BPI Real Estate Poland through a tender. According to the spatial development plan, five-story buildings and slightly lower service buildings may be built on the plot. Only in designated zones are taller buildings up to seven storeys possible. The buyer of the plot is to receive a ready-made design of the estate together with office and possibly hotel buildings. The developer operating in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland has already completed the Vilda Park estate in Poznań.
